notes
"Made in Texas DVD," the newest from The Rogues, is the companion to their double CD Made in Texas. Now you can be at the show with a front row seat! Although recorded live, it is studio quality sound and film, with graphics to match. This hour and a half long DVD was recorded and filmed at McGonigel's Mucky Duck Pub in Houston. Hear The Rogues at their best with rockin', high-energy sets, as well as beautiful, inspirational pipe tunes. The band is joined by a few musician friends, creating a fantastic ensemble blend of bagpipes with drums, electric guitar, bass, keyboard and French horn. Watch The Rogues bring the house down, (yes, they were dancing on the tables), and have the best time you've had in a while.
Band Description
Smokin' bagpipes and driving percussion only begins to describe a Rogues performance. Heart stirring music, performed like only The Rogues can, will make your experience unforgettable. Everyone becomes a Scot during a Rogues' show, and watch out, you might be moved to jump up and dance before it's over. Through their high-spirited and moving music, humour, and the best set of knees this side of the Tweed, The Rogues create a unique experience with their blend of Scottish bagpipes and drums. Join in the fun and see why everyone is talking about The Rogues.

Absolutely Kickin'!
author: Nancy MHaving followed these guys around every year at the Maryland Rennfest it's so cool to be able to watch them whenever I want! You can't beat the sound of the pipes and drums, and this performance at the Mucky Duck really was a blast. It's great to hear them, but even better to see them! Huzzah guys! Just fantastic! Make another!

Very fun!
author: EdI was thrilled to finally see the group perform, rather than just listen. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have DVD extras to peruse. Some comments from the band members, or maybe even the ablity to view some of what had been cut out. All in all it was great to see their performance.
Absolutely great!
author: Richard KeenanI felt like I was really at the Mucky Duck! Great sound quality and video. When is the next one coming?
